Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with 3DViewerConvert. If you are not satisfied with a paid (Pro) plan, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. There are no questions asked and no cancellation fees.

2. Who is eligible

Refunds are available to any customer who purchased a paid plan and requests a refund within 14 days of that purchase. Refunds are limited to one per account, and apply to the most recent payment only.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@3dviewerconvert.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your account email and indicate whether you would like us to keep or delete the models in your workspace.

4. After the 14-day period

Outside the 14-day window you may cancel at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the then-current billing period, after which your workspace reverts gracefully to the free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the guarantee period.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm once the refund has been processed.
